refund policy >
i will not provide refunds until you have been waiting to receive your art/product for a longer time duration than 3 weeks. i will not refund you the day after buying because you changed your mind.
if i refund you as a personal choice (i'm busy, can't do it, etc.), you are not to whine/complain nor send it back, i do it for a reason. don't worry though, i will contact you beforehand.
if your art is finished, i will not refund you at all. i do not want my commission work to end up being free for you. if you don't like it, i can try to make edits on the same layered file if i can.
if i don't have enough money to refund you, i will let you know, and i will get it to you within a month, tops. it would usually take a week or less, but if i'm busy, it could be a little longer and i appreciate patience with me. i am not made of money and i often have to use money.
(important note: if you want a refund in deviant art points, it'll take me a LOT longer, but it is your personal choice)
if i have started on your work and it's in progress, i will only give you a partial refund based on how far i got. please note that i will not give you a full refund with the "you can make it a ych!" card. i trash all comms that are refunded, since i personally feel it wrong to sell a personalized sketch of your character when i gave you your money back.

please be respectful towards me. sometimes it's a lot to ask, but i am a human being and since i'm providing you with a service, i wish only to be treated fairly and i will treat you fairly in return.
i do not work on unrealistically strict deadlines, nor will i ever in the future.
i will only start your commission if i have received the full payment to avoid backing out, fraud, etc.
do not try to contact me buying a commission if i have it stated in many locations that i am closed. do not try to bribe me into opening.
if i have started your art or custom, i request that your character is no longer changed and/or your custom design form is not edited or changed at all or again past that point.
if i am uncomfortable drawing your character or requested pose because of it being slightly nsfw, out of my comfort zone or skill set, etc., then i request you do not complain and work with me.
my art commissions (excluding designs) cannot be sold in mass on things like tshirts/mugs/etc. under your name/credit to other people that are not you.

only ask me for updates or send me immediate concerns after a fair amount of time has passed. be reasonable with me, i probably have not made progress if it's only been an hour. i am human.
because you ordered a commission from me, that doesn't mean you can copy/trace it to make your own artwork. it still has my rights as my artwork on it and it doesn't become a base/copying free-for-all for you.
do not feel like you are my only commissioner. most likely, you are not the only person/order in my queue and you are not prioritized any more than the others. i will not finish yours before others simply upon request/demand.
i work very randomly, sometimes i complete a commission within the day, sometimes i can take up to 1-2 months. if you are impatient and do not want to wait a couple/few months, please do not order in the first place. if i am negatively pressured/rushed by you, the crappier your commission may look due to my mood. (of course, if your commission has taken longer than noted, i completely understand at that point and i will take it into account if that ever even happens)
i will make revisions on your completed artwork, but only within a week after you've seen it/reacted to it. after that, i will delete the layered file. i will only make edits on that file, i will not completely redo the piece entirely unless under certain instances.
i will not make artwork based off of/requested to be ripped off of another piece of art. i will not recreate something copyrighted for you, nor do i have that much disrespect to do so for any amount.
i do and will create personal art while i have commissions to do. this is my way of stress-relieving, it is what i've always done. this does not mean i do not put progress and effort into comms, they are still done/worked on at the same speed as they would be if i didn't do personal art at all.
